Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Twisted Flavors Pretzel Company! We’re excited to deliver your delicious pretzels as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth experience:

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 2 business days of your order, unless otherwise specified.

  • Orders placed on Friday will ship by the following Tuesday.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship by the following Wednesday.

Overnight & Expedited Shipping

  • Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM MST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM MST will be processed the next business day.

  • Overnight shipping is not available on weekends.

  • Orders requiring cold packing and expedited shipping will only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays.

  • We do not ship items requiring ice packs on Thursdays or Fridays unless overnight shipping is selected to protect product quality.

Shipping Carriers
We select the most economical shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to target your requested delivery date. If you need delivery on a specific date, please select overnight shipping, as ground or first-class mail cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Address Accuracy & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Changes to shipping addresses after the order has shipped will incur a $25.00 address change fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Twisted Flavors Pretzel Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Couriers do not insure packages against theft. To protect your order, consider shipping to a secure location like your workplace or a gated address.

Shipping Meltable Items
For meltable items, we highly recommend 2 Business Day or Overnight shipping. While we cannot guarantee items won’t melt during transit, expedited shipping helps reduce this risk. Only expedited shipping includes free cold packs to help keep your pretzels fresh. Shipping to a workplace is also suggested to avoid packages being left outside.

Discounted & Free Shipping
For orders qualifying for discounted or free shipping, Twisted Flavors Pretzel Company reserves the right to select the most economical shipping method.
